- [Instructor] Planner is a tool that lets you manage group projects by building a list of tasks, assigning those tasks to different team members, setting deadlines and monitoring the progress. From Microsoft 365 website, you can go to the app chooser in the top left and you can go to the list of all apps or I see planner right here so I can click on that to open it. Now you may already have some plans listed over on the left. If not, you can click this button that says new plan to make a new plan. Now you can either make a new plan that is not connected to a group or you can choose, add to an existing Microsoft 365 group. I'm going to choose that. So I can see all of the groups in my organization that you might access through Outlook or SharePoint. I'm going to choose my facilities group. And then I'll give this a name. I'll also call the plan facilities and then I'll click create plan. So now I have this new plan…
