Over the past 20 years, the sequential project with milestones called Waterfall has evolved into the dynamic progression of project management called Agile, based on flexibility, collaboration, delivery and speed. I'm Mike Fine. I have over 30 years of hands-on experience working in testing. I helped found a customer validation software and services company, Centercode. I've worked with all forms of methodologies throughout my career, and my experience has taught me that one constant in this business is change.
