- [Instructor] In the waterfall process, results are often delivered in both real time and a single large analysis at the end of the testing. In the agile process, there is constant delivery of feedback to the team, but you won't be abandoning your earlier reports or a final report. You will be adding a layer of iterative reporting that will focus on the targeted areas of your sprint, as well as the product as a whole. Reporting feedback to the team is a lot more rewarding during the agile process, because the team is very focused on your results. They have specific goals they're trying to achieve, and they see your contribution as a valuable part of this process. This data is helping chart the course of the packages they plan to deliver.
