- [Instructor] There might be some serious headaches during your initial transition to Agile. Whether you have been working in Waterfall for 30 years or 30 days, it feels so natural. Waterfall aligns so well with the SDLC, and the overall product development process, that moving to Agile almost feels counterintuitive. Agile projects are often faulted for the excessiveness of the communication, the regular scrum meetings, and constant stand-ups sometimes get criticized for being disruptive to the process, redundant, and even boring. Imagine attending daily meetings, hearing a lot of the same thing, and you'll get why some find the process frustrating.
