- Every organization has assets that they can use to roll out a diversity and inclusion program. Let's think about your assets and how you can put them to use. An asset is something that is useful or valuable. A D&I asset is something or someone within your existing culture that can help you achieve your overall vision for diversity, inclusion, and belonging. The assets we're covering today are individual D&I champions and organizational values that can promote your roll out. Let's break each of these down a little. D&I champions are people who believe in the vision and can sponsor programs, be mentors, or advocate for funding and promotion when you need it. Let's face it, it's never fun being the person trying to promote something to a whole group of people who may or may not be bought in.
