- Strategic decisions are tricky. That's why it's important to acknowledge that even reasonable, wise people can disagree. That's what decision observer Alex publicly reminded the board of directors of a large consumer goods company as they were ready to decide on their new CEO. Alex had successfully led the board through a hygienic decision process.
