How to use the exercise files

- [Instructor] If you have access to the exercise files for this course, you can download them now. The exercise files are in the Exercise Files folder, which I've placed on the desktop. You can store it wherever you like. The files reside in subfolders named according to the chapters. Some of the exercise files are sample project management documents, such as a schedule management plan and resource plan. In addition to studying them as you watch movies, you can use them as templates for creating documents for your own projects. Other files represent data for the project showcased in this course, such as an activity list and estimating worksheets. You can use these files to practice the techniques presented in this course. Because there are so many different project management and scheduling tools, I have not provided a project schedule built with a specific tool. However, the exercise files include an activity list that you can use in your scheduling tool. Feel free to use all of these files to experiment with scheduling techniques. If you don't have access to the exercise files, that's okay. You can use files from one of your own projects. I encourage you to still follow along as we go through the course. Now, let's get started.
