- [Instructor] Here we move into the concept of partner management. In this day and age it's hard to do anything without a partner or supplier of substance in some or fashion. It falls to the program manager to deal with this, to establish the details in writing, up front, what the partnerscope of work is. So developing that partner plan and reviewing that team obviously starts with a scope of work but there's more to it than that. You'll need a nondisclosure agreement. You'll need in the contract some notion of what happens when things go wrong and what happens in the terms of separation. Contracts are for when things go wrong, contracts are not needed when things go right. So think about what's fair if the thing falls apart, to both parties. Additionally the contract should include what happens after the release, what are the terms of long term support.
