- One of your greatest accountabilities as an L&D leader is to create the conditions for success so learning can thrive. A positive learning culture isn't just about avoiding turnover or staying competitive. It's about helping people soar in a rapidly changing world. Every company has a learning culture, but some cultures propel employees forward and others hold them back. Which are you creating? To make your learning culture a superpower, help it soar with CAPES. This is a super acronym for L&D leaders to keep handy, so I encourage you to write it down as we walk through each letter. First, C, learning should be continuous. In a positive culture, learning happens all the time. You'll drive platforms, programs, experiences, and content that encourage curiosity, skill building, innovation and results every day to take your company to new heights. Next is A, for accessible.
