- [Instructor] In many organizations, individuals will have a meeting with their manager each quarter where they decide on objectives. In this video, we will see how to add those objectives to your OKR list in Viva Goals. iN the sidebar on the left, I have selected My OKRs. Next, you could use the time period menu at the top to choose the quarter. I'm working in Q2 2023, so there's no need to change the time period. Then you can click the button near the top right that says Add Objective. And that opens this panel where you can make your new objectives. From here, you could click this button that says See Sample OKRs, and you could use one of those as a starting point. But I'm going to do this manually. So I'll put in something for the title of this objective. And since I am making this objective, I am listed as the owner. I could click on that to add more owners but I'm just going to leave this one set to me. You…
