Enter the plan title and other properties

If you want to inform others about key details on a plan, complete the plans properties. Information entered will be visible at the summary level and automatically fill in on views, reports, and printouts. Where you enter the file properties is not in the most logical place, it's under File, Info and here in this dropdown list under Advanced Properties, and you can simply type things in. Now, it will automatically pick up things that your organization has set up, usually your company name and your name, but I'm going to override this information with details from our sample plans that I talked to you about earlier. So let's put in the title, and, of course, we'll leave my name, but let's put in the company name and comments. You might be curious, why are these comments important? They will show up on the project summary row, which we'll see later, and they're a great descriptor for anyone who looks at this plan and might be curious what it's about.
