When a task name is not enough of an explanation of an activity, you can use a note or a hyperlink to provide more information. These features also help you keep your task list concise. To add a note, one very fast way to do that is to simply double click the task name and go to Notes and fill in your note details. After you fill in your note details and accept those changes, there is a nice indicator where someone can hover and read the note. I think you'll find you use this everyday to provide more details about a task and to document critical things about what's going on with that task. In fact, I would even suggest that you put the date you entered that note for a nice historical record. Now, let's also talk about a hyperlink. Well, as an example, we've got a task and affiliated with it is a checklist. Maybe we're auditing a manufacturing facility and there's a compliance with OSHA and we want to make sure we've met every item on the checklist. You don't want that checklist in…
