Record resource personal vacation time or other details with notes. I'm going to put in vacation time for myself. And let's highlight a week and let's accept that change. What you might see on the screen is no indication that I've got vacation time in January. This is where a note could come in handy. I could go back to that resource information and I just double clicked there and add a note and say "There's personal vacation time in January." I love this little indicator that you can hover over and see what it says. What else would you want to do about a note? Maybe sharing job shares with someone else. I could certainly put that detail in here as well. I think you might find that double clicking is not always the most efficient way. Let's review something we covered earlier, on the View tab, we can split the screen or do a combination view under Details.
