Create an image of a schedule

- [Instructor] You can create an image of a Project schedule to share with stakeholders and your team. Drag the Task Name divider, if necessary, to display full task names. Drag the vertical divider between the table and the timescale, so all the columns you want in the image are completely visible. To include specific rows, drag over their ID cells to select them. To create the image, on the Task tab, click the Copy Down arrow, and then choose Copy Picture. In the Copy Picture dialog box, select the destination format for the image. If you selected rows, Project selects the Selected Rows option button. In the Timescale section, select the As Shown On Screen option to include only the dates visible on the screen, or specify the start and end dates you want to include.
