Align cell data

Align cell data

- [Instructor] You can choose the alignment for each column in a Project table to make the values easy to read. Built-in costs and work fields are usually right-aligned, so the magnitude of the values is clear. If values in adjacent columns are hard to read, you can change the data alignment to separate the values. Right-click the column header and choose Field Settings. In the Field Settings dialog box, in the Align data box, click the down arrow and choose a different alignment, like Right or Center. Click OK, and the values in the column are realigned. You can also align column headings. Right-click the column header and choose Field Settings. In the Field Settings dialog box, click the Align title down arrow and choose an alignment. Click OK, and the value in the column header is realigned.
