- [Instructor] As an admin, your users will be interacting with Microsoft Project Online using the Microsoft Project Client. We need to configure that application to interact with views, tables, filters, calendars, and other features of the Microsoft Project Client. To do that, we're going to go to the Microsoft Project Client by going to our desktop and clicking on the Start option and bringing up Microsoft Project. We want to connect the Microsoft Project Client to our Project Online environment so we're going to go to open other projects and then the info option. Select manage accounts and we're going to add a new project web app account to this dialogue box so we'll press the add button. We'll name our account Project Online Training and we'll paste in the URL from that training environment. Project uses this URL to make that connection.
