Understanding workflow phases
- [Instructor] We've built a PDP page that's used by a specific enterprise project type that we're going to call our Proposal Submission. We want to start creating the rest of the workflow that will be used for this particular enterprise project type. So to do that, we're going to go to the gear and select PWA settings. In here, we'll go to workflow phases and we're going to create a new phase or a collection of stages. These phases are nothing more than a bucket of information that we'll capture for this particular workflow. So we'll create a new phase by clicking on the new phase button and naming it a Proposal Submission and we'll say this phase captures all proposal details. We'll press save. We've now created the bucket that we will be using to create stages or steps that will be used in that workflow. So think of the Proposal Submission as nothing more than a collection of other pieces that we'll be using.
