Managing delegates
- [Instructor] Sometimes in Project Online, we need to sign in as a single user or a collection of users, a group. As an admin, sometimes you need to loq in as an end user to see what Project Online looks like for them. We're going to set up delegates to do that option. So I'm going to go to the gear and select PWA Settings. And I'm going to go to Manage Users. And I've selected Dan to be a delegate, so I'm going to select Dan Swaigen. I'm going to scroll down in Dan's information until I see Security Categories, and I'll expand that out. In here, if I wanted Dan to be a delegate, I could select Manage Resource Delegates for him to be able to manage delegates. But I'm interested in his permission related to can be a delegate, so I'm going to expand out the Global Permissions. And in the Global Permissions in the Resource area, I can select that he could be a delegate. Now, I'm doing this at the individual user level, which may not be the easiest to manage a collection of users. Since…
