Manage time reporting periods
- [Instructor] Time reporting is often a reason for coming to Project Online. People want to report time on the various projects or non project work that their working on. To do this, we're going to set up our time reporting periods by going to time and task management. In time and task management we'll set up when we want those to start. So sense we would like to start our time reporting at the end of 2018. We're going to go to the last week in 2018 where it switches from the 31st into the 1st of January. We'll set up that as a Sunday through Saturday reporting period. We'll make that a seven day work week and we'll use a format. So in our case we're going to select time sheet reporting. So TSR, dash, the first time period, and then we'll have a dash 19 for the end of that year. We're going to set up those 52 periods that will start on December 31st 2018 and go into the new year and press create bulk. Below will be a list of all the time periods that were created.
