- [Instructor] Do you need to see resource allocations across projects or work with a portfolio of projects? If so, then you will want to look into Project Online. Like Project for the web, Project Online is part of the Microsoft product family, which includes Project Online Desktop Client, Project Online Project Server and Project Desktop. To use Project Online, you must have one of the following subscriptions, similar to Project for the web. If you want to build workflows and forms to automate processes, you'll want to have the Project Plan 3 or 5 license for sure. Project Online can be found by going to the Apps Launcher and selecting Project. On the Project home page, there's a link that says go to Project Online. Once you click that link, you will be in the Project Home page. Now, Project Online has two modes: SharePoint mode by default, or Project mode. This instance happens to be Project mode. And this one…
