Manage plans in Teams
If you like using the version of Planner that launches within Teams, you're going to find over time that there aren't quite as many features and functions that you might be used to seeing in the full version of Planner when you launch it as its own app in its own tab here in your browser. For example, when we go up to the top here, we see the name of our plan. There's the different views, but there's no ellipses with that dropdown menu. Switching back to the original Planner here, when we click the ellipses, you see many options, like something we did earlier exporting the plan to Excel. Here's where we access the plan settings for example, we can unpin it from our pinned area from here lots of different things like members, files, notebooks, etc. When we go back to Planner over here within Teams, there is no ellipses, but there are some things that we can do. For example, there is a little pushpin icon next to the name of our plan, Employee Orientation. We can click it to unpin it…
