Cancel a booking on a mobile device
- [Instructor] Sometimes life gets in the way and appointments that we've booked need to be canceled. We can do that from Microsoft Bookings by accessing any of the confirmation emails, even the original email invitation to the booking site. Here, you can see in our email application logged in as Karen Leslie, she did receive a confirmation email when she rescheduled her previous appointment. Now she needs to go in and cancel it altogether. She just simply can't make it. So again, we go to that email and tap the manage booking button. It's going to take us to that page where we see those options for rescheduling, canceling, and adding new bookings. This time, we're going to tap cancel booking, and we need to confirm that we meant to do that by tapping cancel booking once again. You can see it working on it and then eventually a message indicating that it has been canceled, and all we have to do is tap OK. Again, we…
