- [Zack] What advice do you have for black and brown leaders to better lift as they climb? And what, if any, roles do non-minority leaders play in helping to support that culture? And I know I'm giving you a lot of two-parter questions. - [Interviewee] Right. - But the reason why I'm asking that second part is because I do believe that there's some type of, there's a reason why we are, we don't always lift as we climb up. There is some type of factor in that and so I'm curious to know if there's a greater cultural influence at play for that. So that's the purpose of the "B" part of my question. - "Yeah, it's a great question. So let me just kind of unpack a couple of things first.
