You can use these skills to evaluate your training programs and make them better, but there's always something new. That's why I've created an additional resource file that you can download. It contains a list of information for you to explore so you can continue expanding your knowledge on this topic. I've also listed some great courses in the "Instructional Design Essential" series. They can help you learn a broad spectrum of skills that will help you design better training programs.
