- We've been through crises and recessions before. And every time we emerge, we experience new trends. The marketing approach you take during and after a crisis will push you into entirely new territory. It may require that you uproot the identity of your brand, launch entirely new product lines, reinvent your messaging, and so on. It's going to feel like you've been tossed into a new city with no map and no technology to navigate. To help you feel more grounded and to get you thinking about what changes to make, I want to share with you the trends I believe we will see take strong hold.
