Expand on your job experience
- [Narrator] One way to improve the strength of your LinkedIn profile is to expand upon your job experience. In order to do this, navigate to your profile and scroll down to the Experience section. Rather than simply listing your positions and employer, add accomplishments, responsibilities, or experiences to elaborate on what you did in that role. In order to edit one, you can click on the pencil icon to the right of that role. Here's where you added information regarding your current position. To expand upon this role, enter in additional information in the description box, down here. When you're done, you can click Save. And like that, you've entered detail to your job experience section.
