You can download and use it 30-days for free. See if you can build the Arduino or Raspberry Pi open-source hardware projects from scratch. Now, if you're new to PCB design, I recommend learning more about high-speed digital design, multi-layer PCB design, EMI and EMC design, and learning the IPC and the ISO standards for PCB design.
