- [Instructor] As discussed in an earlier video the total hours shown in effort are the hours represented by the number of people multiplied by the duration. So in this example, if we assume 40 hours a week, there are two people that's equal to 80. Now, even in our dog park project, this is not realistic. People are not working full-time on every task and maybe they only need a few hours to accomplish their assignment. So in this example, preparing a flyer, maybe one person is just an approver. Or in this example, maybe we have a subject matter expert that is only needed for a few hours. And I encourage you to think about your own projects. Are there people that are not dedicated full-time to a task? Well, let's see how to address this with a feature available in the updated interface. It's the assignments view.
