- [Instructor] In our Dog Park project, we need employees and volunteers, and this means our project success is related to who is doing the work and how much work they're doing. When we look at our projects simply as a list of tasks, it's easy to forget that all of these people are involved. Now, viewing your project in a resource oriented way will help you identify the people who play key roles and who have a lot of task assignments, and that's available on the People tab. This is a relatively new feature, but I love that it shows unassigned first, and this will showcase to you maybe where you forgot to make an assignment. Ideally, it's your name next, but it's whoever the project manager is, and then everyone else in alphabetical order. I should point out as a reminder that the individuals with the grayish type circles, they do not have the project license, but they are Microsoft 365 subscribers and they have that…
