- [Instructor] You will have a need to share project information with others in your organization, and those individuals do not have to be working on your project team. When you set up a Microsoft 365 group, that will automate some of that sharing, and when you give those individuals a project license, they get additional benefits. Now, let's review Our Dog Park North project is connected to a Microsoft 365 group, while our marketing campaign is not. Let's also review the individuals I'll be working with. Consider that they're all part of our organization, but notice that some have access to a project plan license and some do not. And when you consider the Microsoft 365 group and the project license, that will determine access into those projects.
