- [Instructor] Using our schedule to complete our dog park is the ultimate goal of this project. You also have the option to include smaller project level goals for your team to showcase major accomplishments along the way. You'll find Goals as a new tab in the updated interface. If you don't have this in your organization, hopefully it will be available soon. Once I click on Goals, you'll see I have the option to add goals. Now, my best practice for this feature is even if I'm the project manager, it's really helpful to have my team work together with me to come up with the intermediate goals or other goals that will lead us to success. So let's begin by adding our first goal. I click on Add Goal and I give it a name. Well, obviously a big goal for our project is to deliver our dog park. So let me go ahead and add that one. I am pressing Enter after that, and let me add another one. Now, as I'm adding goals, something…
