- [Instructor] Often, projects are completed with team members outside of our organization. Project for the web provides guest user access to make this easy. In our Dog Park project, we may want to share some of these community items with guest users to let them work on it. Now, how you might share this project with someone, you could copy the URL for the project or you could go to a specific task and copy the link. Well, let's take a look at what a guest user might see. What I've done is actually logged in as a guest user into my organization. And as you can see, the guest user has their own email account, and this is my organization name. They don't have access. Well, I'm going to show you how you give a guest user access. What I'm showing you right now is the Microsoft 365 admin center and where guest users are set up. Now, a couple of notes, if you're not in the IT department, you may not have access to this.…
