Creating a new project from a template
- [Instructor] The most difficult part of project planning and scheduling is often getting started. Instead of staring at a blank screen, use a template to provide ideas and even impress your team. Now let's log in with our web browser. Logging in is simply typing in portal.office.com in the address bar. Caution, using a search engine to look for this website could accidentally land you on a phishing site. After logging in, you have access to the app launcher in the top left corner and this is where we will find Project. If you don't see Project, be sure to scroll down and look for all apps and this way you won't even have to call IT for help. (laughing) Click on Project, will take us to the Project home. Once you're here, you can get started with the templates and that's available under new. And let's see what we have. So let's think about our Dog Park example, maybe we need to do a marketing campaign around the dog…
