Change is the constant of life and business. Yet, so many organizations find themselves unprepared and unsure of how to lead during times of change. Very often, it comes down to poor communication. Indra Nooyi, former CEO of PepsiCo, helped lead the organization through an enormous change effort by diversifying their product offerings and focusing on healthier options.
