Embrace feedback

Giving feedback is hard. Getting feedback is hard. But feedback is vital for our success. And so we should be seeking feedback from anyone we work with. And we should hopefully create a space that we can give feedback to anybody that we work with. When we are able to say, Here's my challenge with this, and also more importantly, get that information from other people, we have the opportunity to grow. If we don't get feedback, and we're not giving feedback, we're cheating ourselves and the other person that opportunity for growth. What happens a lot of time with feedback, that it interrupts good team processes, is somebody does something that bothers you or offends you or affects you negatively or affects the team negatively, and nobody says anything. That inherently and implicitly sets the expectation that it's okay, that it's okay to do that. Kind of best practices for giving feedback. And there's there's a lot here.
