"For example, it's challenging when something "is due at noon, and whenever you ask for a status, "they say, 'I've got it,' and then it's 11:59 "and suddenly they say they haven't got it "and you, as a leader, are left to do damage control?" - [Host] Hey Diane, great question. Accountability really is a classic. This is a topic everyone recognizes, we all acknowledge it's very important and yet so many of us also acknowledge that it's extremely difficult to get done correctly.
