There are a few things you need to keep in mind if you wanna keep those big bucks flowing. Retail is fun. It's dynamic. It's exciting. And it sure beats flipping burgers. But it's not all rosy. It can be challenging. You'll be dealing with customers every day. Some who will be, shall we say, difficult. But we can work through this. Retail can be a great job. Each and every day you're going to be able to make a difference in someone's life. Because believe it or not, your work has impact. My name's Noah Fleming, and I'll be your captain for this course, guiding you through some of the most important things you need to keep in mind as you enter the exciting world of retail. I've had my share of retail jobs, and now I write business books and consult with some of the biggest retail companies in the world. Anyways, enough blabbering about me. Buckle up, let's go.
