- [Instructor] Ah, decision-making. My favorite process. No, no, wait, my second favorite process. Well, actually, depending on the season, it could drop down to a solid third but it's definitely in my top five I think. Well, with the internet and limitless research you can do on product, services and offerings, it's no wonder that more and more people are affected with paralysis by analysis. Everything from a TV to a toothbrush can be researched and compared to the point where you forget that getting the best absolute toothbrush might not have been the best use of two weeks of your time but we've all been caught with an example such as this. The question is how can we avoid it? Well, we need to be able to make a formal recommendation and with that, a balanced decision.
