How to conduct a behavioral interview

- Behavioral interviews are an effective way to qualify a candidate based on more than just their credentials. Behavioral interview questions predict your candidate's suitability for a job based on their past behaviors. A behavioral interview is scheduled after the initial screening process unless you're scheduling a panel interview as a second step in your interviewing process.
