- If you want to fill more of your open requisitions, this lesson was written just for you. We'll identify hiring obstacles, but more importantly, you'll learn how to eliminate them. Have you ever applied to one of your job postings? If it takes too long to apply online, many candidates, especially those who are currently working, will get frustrated and log off. The only candidates who have the time to complete a long online process are the 15% of the talent pool. Those are candidates who are unemployed, or conducting and active job search.
