We address problems on the surface, but never actually get to the root of the problem. Well, don't worry because we've got some tips on how to ask better questions to get to the bottom of things because you aren't most people, right? Right. First off it's important to be specific with your questions. Don't beat around the bush, get straight to the point. If a stakeholder is complaining about something, ask them for specific details about what happened. If they have a challenge they're facing, dig into it.
