- It's so easy to walk into a conference room with other people and start a meeting, but it can be scary walking into a conference room and there's nothing but silence because everyone is waiting for you to connect them. Being comfortable connecting teams and stakeholders comes from practice and a little good planning. For planning a great hybrid session where you'll be having some remote online participants, start with a simple checklist, like the one in the course handouts, and this checklist will center around four key things: meeting space, cameras, audio, and the workspace. But before you just start figuring out what you have and want to use, remember, facilitation is all about them. We start with them, your stakeholders, first.
