- Technology lets us reach out to so many more people, in so many more ways, but it can feel confining, trying to lead from a tiny online box. But with a little planning help, your box can expand to exponential boundaries when you run a successful hybrid session. Now, the planning work for when you're the remote person and have to facilitate, it may feel easier to just start with the technology. But that's easier for you in this situation, and remember, it's all about them, your stakeholders. You actually want to first confirm and secure the right resources for your in-person participants. This starts with as simple as including a survey or quick question in your meeting invite to ask where participants will be participating from.
