- A good music teacher enables a student to learn to play their music well. A great conductor gets the musicians to play well with others and produce a wonderful outcome. That's exactly your job. Once you get everyone engaged and participating, now you have to get them producing and being online really isn't much different than if you were in person once. Everyone is connected and online, both in the meeting and your collaboration space. Now go back to your facilitating questions.
