As the green belt or black belt project leader, you should work closely with the project champion to plan this important meeting. Let's go through the thought process in planning the kickoff meeting. First, what is the purpose of the project kickoff? Yes, it is to launch the project, but more importantly, it is to communicate and set expectations with all key stakeholders so that everyone is on the same page regarding the project. So who are these key stakeholders?
