- Let's talk about SUMIFS and COUNTIFS, two very valuable functions. There are AVERAGEIFS, MAXIFS, IFS, MINIFS. And they all pretty much do the same thing. They extract information about your data based on multiple criteria. Now for a long time, there has existed COUNTIF, SUMIF which will extract information based on one criteria. However, when you get to the ones with the plurals the SUMIFS that will work with one criteria or multiple criteria. So let's look at this data. We pull the report to look at refunds that were processed outside of the 90 day policy. And the rule also says that if you process a refund outside of the 90 days, you must have an approval. Click on the worksheet and scroll down. There we go down to row 63, scroll back up. So SUMIFS and COUNTIFS. Let's look at how many transactions were processed in greater than or equal to 110 days.
