- [Interviewer] Are you seeing a shift in how these ERGs engage and work within a larger leadership structure? - [Interviewee] I see that as well and I think it's, you know, I don't see necessarily like a wave of engagement in the larger leadership structure, I think some organizations are just better at it than others for lots of, you know, either it's a longer standing program or sort of the people at play or there are executives who have made it their business to be part of these groups.
