- I think everyone agrees focusing on customers is a really good idea. That's the heartbeat of any successful organization. But how do you do that? You might work with customers directly, or maybe you have a role, in say IT or finance, or the warehouse or some other area where you don't interface with customers, but everyone plays an essential part in customer experience.
