Great material and presented well in both video and his book. However, it did not serve me well when taking the CISM exam.
The CISM exam presents you with extremely ambiguous questions of “which is MOST likely"…… I can appreciate that up to a certain point, but it eventually gets to a point of personal interpretation. With the inability to ask clarifying questions during the exam, it's a game of odds. Not sure how anyone could teach or prepare someone to take an exam like that. Speaks more to ISACA’s shortcomings in testing for domain competency and understanding. It feels more like a money-making scheme and a game of odds on whether you pass.
Again, great material and would recommend for anyone wanting to get a better understanding of the CISM role but in no way did it prepare me for success for the exam itself
