- [Instructor] Now, to wrap up these tips, always begin and end by thinking about your viewer's experience of watching your content and go that extra mile to do whatever you can to improve their experience. Now, a really simple way to make your Screencast easier to watch is to set your monitor to a lower resolution during your recording session. Now, on Windows, you can just right click on your desktop and select Display Settings. On the Mac, you'd want to go to your System Preferences and select Displays. Then look for the Resolution section and consider setting this resolution down to a much lower setting. You want to set this down to at least 1920 x 1080, which is 1080p, but a setting of 1280 x 720, which is 720p, would be even better.
